A full-stack, edge-deployed testing platform built to replace manual PDF workflows with an interactive system that mirrors the computer-delivered IELTS exam.Live in production on Cloudflare Workers, the platform serves 1,500+ active students with timed tests, real-time scoring, AI-assisted feedback, and progress tracking dashboards.

Challanges

The coaching center had a strong library of test content, but their PDF-based workflow was holding both students and tutors back:

  • Static PDFs failed to simulate the real exam environment, lacking automated timers, digital navigation, and interactive elements like drag-and-drop or text highlighting.

  • Tutors had zero visibility into student performance over time, and scaling was blocked by the inability to implement authentication, premium access tiers, and decoupled content updates.
